2. Privacy notice

Information we may collect

When you submit an order, bonus claim, download-status request or support enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional Telegram username, order reference, and—where necessary to verify a buyer bonus—your Shopee order number. We may also retain communications and limited technical or security logs generated by the website.

3. Website and purchase terms

Information and ordering

Product descriptions state what is intended to be included. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. The current website does not charge a payment card; payment and delivery instructions are confirmed separately. Before paying, review the final scope, price and delivery method.

Digital-use licence

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase gives one person or one purchasing organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files internally. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or represent the files as your own standalone product.

Responsible AI use

Availability and external services

We may correct genuine errors, update files or withdraw unavailable offers. External products and platforms are governed by their seller or platform terms. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, DailyWowPick is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or by reliance on unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to use another available forum.

4. Digital download cancellation and refund policy

Before a download link, access credential or customised work has been supplied, you may request cancellation and we will review it promptly. Because digital files can be retained once accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after access or delivery.

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, duplicated in billing, or materially different from the confirmed description, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the file, correct the problem or provide a refund. This policy does not limit remedies available under applicable Singapore law.

Shopee purchases are transactions with the relevant Shopee seller. Payment, delivery, returns, warranties and product support are handled through Shopee and the seller under their applicable policies.

Commission eligibility does not change the price displayed by the seller. Specifications labelled as “claimed” are based on seller or manufacturer materials and have not necessarily been independently tested by DailyWowPick. AI-news summaries and outbound links are informational; the original publisher controls and may update the source article.

Recording and privacy

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before recording meetings or calls and for complying with privacy, confidentiality, workplace and intellectual-property obligations.

Third-party names

Shopee, PLAUD, n8n, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. References describe compatibility, source or intended use and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
