1. Website operator and contact

DailyWowPick is operated in Singapore as a sole-proprietor business. Website and customer-support correspondence may use the DailyWowPick trading name.

2. Privacy notice

Information we may collect

When you submit an order, bonus claim, download-status request or support enquiry, we may collect your name, email address, optional Telegram username, order reference, and—where necessary to verify a buyer bonus—your Shopee order number. We may also retain communications and limited technical or security logs generated by the website.

Website assistant and customer requests

The assistant provides automated answers from website navigation and help information about Hotels, Flights, Tickets, Picks, Dining, WOW VIP and existing order support. It is not a live staff member or a general-purpose AI service. Chat messages remain in the current page while it is open and are not automatically sent to the team. When you review and submit a request, we save your name, email, optional Telegram username, request type, budget, submitted message, language preference, reference and consent record in the protected team inbox. You can review and edit selected chat details before submitting them. When configured, Resend processes the reviewed enquiry and reply contact details to email the operator at mail@dailywowpick.com. Email notification status is recorded; provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery. If automatic email is unavailable, you can open a prepared draft in your email app and send it yourself. Chat is not emailed without your action. A derived network identifier and timestamps may be recorded to limit spam. Submitting a request authorises a response about that request and does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not provide passwords, payment-card details or confidential documents. A request is not a purchase, payment, quotation acceptance or promise of a response time.

Previous task audits, waitlists and daily preferences

The AI downloadable product storefront and its catalogue recommendation services have been withdrawn. Previous orders and support records are retained for customer support; no new digital orders or buyer-bonus claims are accepted.

Task Finder uses guided catalogue matching and does not execute work or connect your accounts. Submitted audits, setup requests, Worker waitlists and Daily Wow requests save contact details, optional company, task, time estimate, current tools and a prepared assessment in the protected inbox. Automatic emails are not active. Your chosen Daily Wow focus is stored on your device as a functional preference.

Paused member and merchant pilot

Public member accounts, merchant posting, jobs, gigs, inbox, earnings, payouts and the sample tour are temporarily unavailable. Any previous account, business, listing, application, conversation, activity and provider records remain subject to this privacy notice and are retained where needed for support and operational obligations. Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion of previous records. Current hotel and flight search, trip planning and affiliate shopping links do not require a DailyWowPick account.

Traveller tools and device preferences

The /wow/travel hub stores your selected destination, trip dates, flight numbers, saved visitor guides and preparation checklist in this browser's local storage. These preferences are saved on this device only. Clear them from My trip or your browser settings. Opening an official flight board, tourism guide or card-provider page takes you to that third party under its own privacy terms; flight fields are not passed to these links. Flight times and statuses are displayed by the official source, and saving a flight does not enable alerts. Card comparisons are information only and do not collect card numbers or make an application.

Agoda hotel search and favourites

When you press Find hotels on the homepage or travel hub, your selected city, dates and guest ages are sent to Agoda through our server to retrieve hotel offers. The search does not require a DailyWowPick account. Hotel favourites are stored in this browser only, up to 30 entries, with hotel name, destination, dates and booking link. They are not synced to an account and do not lock a rate or make a booking. Remove favourites from Saved or clear browser storage. Agoda handles hotel availability, booking, payment and booking support under its own terms and privacy notice. Affiliate links include our partner identifier for attribution.

Kiwi.com flight search

Flight search on the homepage and the travel hub loads a Kiwi.com widget provided through Travelpayouts. The provider receives the search fields you enter, such as origin, destination, travel dates and passenger count, and may process technical and referral information under its own privacy terms. The flight widget uses Singapore dollars, starts with Singapore as the departure location and includes our affiliate identifier. Search results, booking, payment and booking support are provided by Kiwi.com. DailyWowPick does not collect payment-card details or store your flight search fields in an account.

Klook tickets and activities

The Tickets page loads the Klook offers widget through Travelpayouts. These providers receive technical and referral information, including the page address and affiliate identifiers, under their own privacy terms. The supplied Klook widget displays prices in Singapore dollars. The separate Search on Klook form sends your query directly to Klook when you submit it; DailyWowPick does not store it in an account. Klook handles search results, availability, bookings, payment and booking support.

Travelpayouts Drive

Public hotel discovery, travel and legal pages load Travelpayouts Drive to support travel offers and affiliate attribution. Drive can analyse page content and visitor interactions, add travel recommendations and previews, and change travel links according to our Travelpayouts settings. Travelpayouts and the destination travel provider process referrals under their own terms and privacy notices. Admin pages do not load Drive. Affiliate offers are optional; booking and payment take place with the travel provider.

YouTrip and YouBiz referral links

The Finance cards in Daily picks link to YouTrip and YouBiz using referral identifiers. Applications, identity checks, account approval and rewards are handled by those providers under their own terms and privacy notices. DailyWowPick does not collect application documents or payment-card details, or receive your account balance. Our optional analytics can record a referral-button click; this is not proof of a completed sign-up or an earned reward.

Optional DailyWowPick analytics

DailyWowPick interaction analytics is off unless you choose “Allow analytics”. This choice controls our own analytics; Travelpayouts Drive is a separate affiliate tool described above. A random device identifier and interaction events record solution IDs and task categories, not task text or contact details. Disable it in the homepage footer to remove that browser identifier. Operational records of submissions, approvals and successful file responses are maintained to run the service. Download metrics are not proof that a file was opened. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion where applicable.

Why we use it

• To prevent fraud, secure the website and meet legal or accounting obligations.
• To send marketing only where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.

Disclosure, protection and retention

We disclose personal data only to service providers that help operate the website or deliver the requested service, or where required by law. External platforms such as Shopee, Telegram and email providers process data under their own privacy terms. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, dispute handling and legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to or correction of your personal data, withdraw consent, or ask a privacy question by emailing mail@dailywowpick.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from providing a requested service. The current site uses necessary functionality for ordering, security and preferences; optional analytics follows the choice described above.

3. Website and purchase terms

Hotel discovery and booking

DailyWowPick displays hotel offers returned by Agoda for your search and refers you to Agoda through affiliate links. Rates are shown in Singapore dollars, typically per room per night, and may exclude taxes and fees. Rates, photos, availability and terms can change. Check dates, guests, room details, the total price, cancellation terms and payment conditions on Agoda before booking. DailyWowPick does not accept hotel payments, make or change hotel bookings, or confirm a reservation. Saving a hotel or clicking a link is not a booking.

Flight search and booking

The Kiwi.com flight widget opens search results with the provider. The selected flight currency is Singapore dollars; check the final currency, total price, baggage allowance, transfer arrangements, fare conditions and cancellation terms on Kiwi.com before booking. A search or link click is not a booking confirmation. DailyWowPick does not accept flight payments or make, change or cancel flight reservations.

Klook ticket and activity bookings

Klook provides the offers on our Tickets page. Prices and availability are subject to change. Check the final currency, total price, dates, participant eligibility, redemption instructions and cancellation conditions on Klook before booking. DailyWowPick does not accept ticket payments or make, change or cancel Klook bookings. Requests for changes, cancellations or refunds must be made with Klook using your booking confirmation and the terms of your booking.

Existing digital orders

AI downloadable products are no longer offered for new orders or buyer-bonus claims. For a previous purchase, email mail@dailywowpick.com with your reference and order email. Previously confirmed delivery, licence and customer-support terms continue to apply.

Paused member, merchant and work features

Member accounts, merchant posting, jobs, gigs, inbox, earnings and payouts are temporarily unavailable on the public website. DailyWowPick currently refers visitors to hotel, flight, ticket and shopping partners; those providers handle bookings, purchases and payment under their own terms. Contact the operator about any previous pilot activity or record.

Digital-use licence

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase gives one person or one purchasing organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files internally. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, sublicense or represent the files as your own standalone product.

Responsible AI use

AI outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before using or publishing them. Do not upload confidential, personal or third-party material unless you have authority and the selected AI service is appropriate. DailyWowPick content is educational and operational guidance, not legal, medical, financial, employment or other regulated professional advice.

Previous setup enquiries and AI Worker registrations

Setup enquiries and early-access registrations do not create a paid contract or subscription. AI Workers are planned services and are not functioning agents. Confirm deliverables, tool costs, permissions, price and handover before payment. Payments, refunds, deletion of customer data, account permissions, legal actions and mass outbound communications require human approval.

Availability and external services

We may correct genuine errors, update files or withdraw unavailable offers. External products and platforms are governed by their seller or platform terms. To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, DailyWowPick is not responsible for losses caused by third-party services or by reliance on unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Law

These terms are governed by Singapore law. Singapore courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to use another available forum.

4. Booking cancellation and existing order policies

Agoda hotel bookings

Request hotel cancellations, changes or refunds through Agoda using your booking confirmation. Eligibility, fees and deadlines depend on the terms of that booking. DailyWowPick cannot cancel, change or refund an Agoda booking.

Existing digital orders

Before a download link, access credential or customised work has been supplied, you may request cancellation and we will review it promptly. Because digital files can be retained once accessed, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available after access or delivery.

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, duplicated in billing, or materially different from the confirmed description, contact us within seven days of delivery with your order reference. We will investigate and, where appropriate, replace the file, correct the problem or provide a refund. This policy does not limit remedies available under applicable Singapore law.

Shopee purchases are transactions with the relevant Shopee seller. Payment, delivery, returns, warranties and product support are handled through Shopee and the seller under their applicable policies.

5. Affiliate, AI and third-party disclosures

Affiliate disclosure

Some links are affiliate links. DailyWowPick may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. Commission eligibility does not change the price displayed by the seller. Product selection is editorial, but always verify the current price, variant, availability, specifications, warranty and seller terms before ordering.

Travel affiliate links

Our Agoda hotel cards, Kiwi.com flight search and Klook offers widget use affiliate links. Kiwi.com and Klook widget referrals are attributed through Travelpayouts. The separate Search on Klook form is a direct search link; it does not use the widget’s affiliate tracking. Travelpayouts Drive may also provide affiliate offers and update travel links according to its settings. We may receive a commission on qualifying bookings under the relevant partner programme; a click alone does not guarantee a commission. Agoda handles hotel bookings, Kiwi.com handles flight bookings and Klook handles ticket and activity bookings, including payment, changes, cancellations and booking support under their respective terms. DailyWowPick does not have access to your provider booking account.

Travel-money referral disclosure

Our YouTrip and YouBiz links are referral links. The referrer may receive a reward after an eligible new user completes the provider's qualifying steps. YouTrip offers S$5 after an eligible new sign-up, card activation and first top-up. Its referral links are valid for 60 days. This YouTrip-to-YouBiz referral offer is limited to the first 10 successful referrals: an eligible new business must receive approval and make one card transaction of at least S$5 within 90 days to qualify for S$50. Reward eligibility and availability are determined by the provider. Check the official referral terms linked on each homepage card. Rates, fees, cashback exclusions and product eligibility may change.

Seller claims and news

Specifications labelled as “claimed” are based on seller or manufacturer materials and have not necessarily been independently tested by DailyWowPick. AI-news summaries and outbound links are informational; the original publisher controls and may update the source article.

Recording and privacy

You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before recording meetings or calls and for complying with privacy, confidentiality, workplace and intellectual-property obligations.

Third-party names

Shopee, PLAUD, n8n, OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini and other names or marks belong to their respective owners. References describe compatibility, source or intended use and do not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

DailyWowPick mark

DailyWowPick™ identifies this business and its services. The ™ symbol is a brand claim and is not a representation that the mark is currently registered. The ® symbol will be used only if registration and the relevant scope are confirmed.

6. WOW VIP business pages

When applications open, the package costs S$320 for the first year, then S$120 per year from year 2. It includes a dedicated business page with a logo, cover image, up to six offerings, business copy, opening hours, WhatsApp contact and directions, plus a featured WOW VIP card.

Manual review and payment

Submit your business details with a payment receipt, PayPal transaction or bank reference or invoice request. Do not send payment without agreed payment instructions or an invoice from the team. Uploading a receipt does not confirm receipt of funds. The team must verify actual payment and review your details before approving and publishing your page and card. Invoice requests require payment before publication. We aim to complete review within 24 hours after the required details and payment are available; corrections or payment queries may take longer. Submission alone does not publish a page.

Annual term and renewal

The first year covers 12 months from initial page publication. Each paid renewal covers a further 12 months. Renewal payment is separate and does not authorise automatic annual charges. Contact mail@dailywowpick.com to arrange renewal. Continued listing after the paid term requires renewal, and the page and card may be paused if it is not renewed.

Pricing and package changes

Prices and package features are subject to change for new purchases and future renewals. Changes will be communicated before renewal and will not affect your current paid term. Review the current renewal price and terms before each renewal payment. These annual terms apply to new purchases under this offer; they do not retrospectively replace any previously agreed paid package.

Submitted information

Your business details, images and WhatsApp number are intended for publication. Submit only material you are authorised to publish. Supabase stores submissions, private uploaded files and page records. Payment evidence, references and your contact email remain private to the review team and are not included in public cards or pages. OpenAI edits the submitted public business name, category, address, notes, highlights and hours; we do not send payment evidence, payment references, your contact email or WhatsApp number to OpenAI. Uploaded files use temporary signed access links; payment evidence is accessible only through the protected review portal. A functional browser cookie secures uploads for up to 24 hours, and a derived network identifier limits spam.

Review the published copy and contact us if a correction is needed. Prices, opening hours, products and services remain the business’s responsibility. A paid WOW VIP listing does not guarantee traffic, enquiries, sales or independent verification of the business. Enquiries and purchases from the listed business are handled directly with that business.

For review delays, rejected submissions, corrections, removal, duplicate payments or service issues, email mail@dailywowpick.com with your submission reference. Rejection does not automatically process a refund; contact the team to resolve payment and service issues. If publication is delayed, do not pay again. Nothing in this section limits remedies available under applicable law.

7. Changes and questions

We may update these notices when products, service providers or legal requirements change. Material changes will be shown on this page with a new effective date. For questions or complaints, email mail@dailywowpick.com and include your order reference if applicable.
